Culinary Training

We offer a six-month, paid apprenticeship program that teaches the professional culinary skills necessary to achieve a career in the food service industry. This program is open to individuals with little to no kitchen experience, as well as those who already work in the food industry and are looking to move up in their position. 


Skills You Will Master: 

Basic kitchen skills 

Food safety certification 

Knife skills 

Baking

Cooking methods for meats, stocks, soups, and sauces 

Plating
