I have been in food service for majority of my life and a professional cake decorator for about 10 years. I love working at the LCB because I have always been encouraged to try new things and reach my full potential. Now, as the bakery manager, I get to continue to do what I love, as well as encourage others to do the same and become the best versions of themselves.
