The LFRC Community Kitchen is available to:
- Community organizations in need of a commercial-grade space to prepare large volumes of food.
- Local entrepreneurs starting new food product businesses or growing existing businesses.
- Farmers interested in preserving large quantities of food via blanching, vacuum sealing, etc.
- A production kitchen for cottage businesses or mobile food outlets.
Those interested in renting the community kitchen will need to have all necessary paperwork and licensing.
