Longer days and warm weather means food trucks, pop-up events and farmers markets will be back in full force soon. This also means that many vendors of these outlets will be scrambling to get their production spaces secured for another season, ensuring they are ready to roll!
LFRC’s Commissary Kitchen is often the answer for those looking for a certified commercial kitchen space. It may not be financially feasible for seasonal and cottage businesses to lease and maintain a dedicated production space. Having access to a clean, well outfitted and inspected facility such as LFRC's Community Kitchen at an affordable hourly rate can really make a difference in their success.
In 2024 the Commissary Kitchen is proud to have acted as host to over 20 local startups and existing small business owners. We look forward to working with all our current renters and welcome new renters during the 2025 season.
