Our whole wheat sourdough offers a naturally leavened, hearty, nutrient-rich loaf while maintaining a soft interior with a slightly sweet, slightly tangy flavor. This loaf utilizes Kamut flour, an ancient wheat variety first commercially grown and trademarked right here in Montana. The inclusion of Kamut flour also brings a healthy dose of added nutrients (protien, minerals, and amino acids) above and beyond traditional wheat.
