We offer an intensive 10 week training program that teaches the professional culinary skills necessary to achieve a career in the food service industry. This program is open to individuals with little to no kitchen experience, as well as those who already work in the food industry and are looking to move up in their position.

Basic kitchen skills
Food Safety Certification
Cooking methods for meats, stocks, soups, and sauces
